The property is stunning! It’s a small hotel but everywhere you look the attention to detail is beautiful. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, spacious and had everything you needed. From the robes, slippers, Rituals toiletries, coffee machine and so much more. We are already looking at another trip with the same chain of hotels. We would definitely recommend and return again. The location is fantastic (about a 7 minute walk to the main square and 20 or so minutes from the airport) and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We were brought a glass of Prosecco upon checking and bags taken to our room.

This hotel is luxurious, comfortable and classy. To be honest, I truly cannot fault this hotel in any way. From the superb selection of food and drink, the immaculate and oh so comfortable rooms to the incredibly good service from each and every single member of staff. Perfectly situated just minutes from the river and the main square this hotel not only deserves every one of it's 5 stars, it is the benchmark by which all others should be measured. We shall definitely be staying here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Krakow.

This is a medium size hotel in a good location in Krakow. The whole hotel is warm, clean and beautifully appointed. Our bedroom was clean and bed very comfortable. We had everything provided that we needed for a lovely stay. The buffet at breakfast was good with an excellent choice of food, juices, teas etc. We ate in the restaurant twice and once again all the food and wines were of an excellent quality. All the staff were friendly and efficient and certainly very welcoming. A really great choice for a stay in Krakov.

I’m recommending it to my friends who are traveling to Krakow soon. Special thanks for making us an amazing takeaway breakfast upon a very early flight departure and Prosecco to help us celebrate two family birthdays. The restaurant (especially the courtyard seating) and the bar were superb. Our waiter at dinner was the best!
